Recruiting Coordinator (100% Remote - Contract)

Location: Remote

Job Type: 3-Month Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support a team of experienced recruiters hiring for Director-, Vice President-, and Executive-level roles. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality candidate experience through accurate interview scheduling and seamless travel coordination.

Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews, including single, sequential, and panel formats

Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to align availability and timelines

Manage interview changes, cancellations, and reschedules with minimal disruption

Coordinate candidate travel arrangements through a third-party travel agency

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience at all stages of the interview process

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, or a fast-paced administrative/operations role

2+ years of experience working in an ATS (Workday preferred)

Experience coordinating candidate travel

High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred

Comfortable supporting senior-level stakeholders, including Director, VP, and Executive candidates

This is a Contract position based out of Vernon Hills, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
