Job Title: Bindery Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Bindery Associate to set up and operate bindery equipment efficiently. This role requires a mechanical aptitude and experience with tools, alongside basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate bindery equipment with precision.

Utilize mechanical skills and tools effectively.

Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Count, stack, and sort materials accurately.

Read and follow written work instructions meticulously.

Essential Skills

Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools.

Basic math skills, including number ranges and attention to detail.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

General production experience is preferred but not required.

Must be available to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week.

High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced production printing environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The environment includes machine noises, and shift schedules are confirmed daily. Be prepared to be on your feet all day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
