As a Senior International Program Specialist, you may perform the following duties: Serve as COTR for CLDP; support Administrator with procurement logistics, lead staff training, and acquisition compliance. Design and implement technical assistance programs on procurement, anti-corruption, ethics, and trade along with attorney advisors. Manage program budgets under interagency agreements, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with federal regulations. Travel overseas to conduct consultations, implement workshops, liaise with foreign officials and senior leaders. Oversee monitoring and evaluation, collect and report program data, and update the CLDP website, social media, and program reports.
