Overview: We are seeking an attorney with 5+ years of broad-based corporate and transactional experience to join our growing office in Mankato, Minnesota. No book of business is needed, but strong client service skills are required. The ideal candidate is looking for a shareholder-track position, and comes with opportunities to immediately step into client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience serving general corporate, agribusiness, commercial transaction, and finance transaction needs for clients in a wide variety of industries. The estimated starting annual pay range for an associate in this position would be $200,000 - $221,000 per year for a creditable/billable hours expectation of 1,775 hours. Higher starting compensation may be offered to an attorney with more experience than an associate and/or a portable book of business. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
