Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operative to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Production Operative, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Operative

Location: Hot Springs, AR

Pay Range: $18.34

Shift: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.

Follow oral and written work instructions to ensure smooth production flow.

Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when beginning work and at shift-end.

Verify and feed raw materials into the production process, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Monitor machinery for malfunctions, report issues, and maintain accurate production records.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and basic math.

Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend frequently.

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
