The Legal Intern will perform a combination of administrative and project-based functions. This position will gain valuable experience in many aspects of the Legal and Compliance functions including; Perform administrative and clerical functions within the Legal and Compliance Team Assist with special projects at the direction of the General Counsel and Chief Compliance & Regulatory Officer and Senior Paralegal/Compliance Specialist Type, format, send, and file office correspondence Attend meetings, write summaries Register Agents Administration & Annual Reporting Reconciliation Maintenance of Contract Management Repository Record keeping and reporting Support the triage of incoming legal and compliance requests Process legal billing and attorney rates reconciliations Research and facilitate discovery requests Research statues, laws, rules & regulations Conduct analysis of information pertaining to various compliance related functions and regulations Do YOU Meet These Requirements? Currently enrolled, as of Summer 2026, in an undergraduate program in a relevant study area (Political Science, Criminal Justice, National Law and Security, etc.) or in Law School Ability to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA Ability to work up to 20 hours per week The base pay range of $12/hour represents the the hiring pay for applicants that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual pay can vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The hiring pay listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include Benco Bucks, hands-on job experience, and potential full-time employment.
