The 2nd shiftProduction Supervisor position in our Kingston, PA facility supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees. The anticipated salary range starts at

$53,000

What you will be doing:

Oversees departments to survey work process, employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met

Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer

Communicates production issues to management

Supervises, orients & trains employees

What you will bring to the role:

A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Union environment experience preferred.

Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.

A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be based out of Kingston, PA.

This position will work mainly 2nd shift, with core hours of 4:00 pm - 1am.
