About the role The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leaders and multiple functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Product Management. This role serves as a key utility player for the New Holland site, supporting daily office operations, visitor experience, internal coordination, and evolving business needs. This position is expected to be onsite daily; remote work is permitted only by exception. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and functional teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and general administrative assistance Serve as a central point of coordination for the New Holland office, supporting daily site operations, internal communications, and employee experience activities Manage front lobby and visitor interactions, including answering and directing phone calls, coordinating visitor access, and supporting interviews, meetings, and site visits Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, trainings, customer visits, and events, including scheduling, room coordination, and communication with stakeholders Support cross-functional initiatives by assisting with preparation, tracking, documentation, and follow-up as needed across Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Product Management Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing-related activities, deliverables, and internal reporting, adapting to changing priorities and business needs Assist with purchasing, expense processing, requisitions, and other administrative workflows in partnership with Finance and Operations Support internal communications and site updates, including coordination of employee information, announcements, and general office communications Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Support employee programs, events, and recognition activities as needed Perform additional administrative duties and special projects assigned to support site and organizational objectives Qualifications Education & Experience: High School diploma required, associate degree highly preferred Minimum 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant required Experience supporting multiple functions preferred Experience working in onsite office or manufacturing environment is a plus Experience with communications or marketing functions preferred Skills & Abilities: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, required Experience in Adobe Suite is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers, along with internal and external customers and key stakeholders Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals Ability to work well in a team environment that fosters collaboration and cooperation Flexible to adapt to new tasks, technologies, processes, and project requirements Innovative in development of new ideas and approaches for engineering challenges Build strong relationships with others to promote a supportive and engaged workplace Provide excellent service to internal and external customers Ensure accuracy in work product, documentation, and processes to maintain high standards Maintain the privacy of sensitive employee information and handle it with discretion What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
