The Opportunity:

Join CACI in Fairfax, VA as the Administrative Assistant for a business division working out of three buildings in Fairfax and Chantilly supporting DOD.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal and customer meetings, including room reservation/setup, food/refreshments ordering/setup, and clean-up

Maintain office breakrooms and supply rooms across two buildings, including keeping refreshments and supplies stocked

Conduct day-one onboarding of new employees, including IT coordination, badging, and seating assignments

Handle general office tasks and administrative duties

Provide support to managers and other employees

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience

2+ years of related administrative support experience

Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Applications such as Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Must be able to work both independently and as part of a small group within a fast-paced environment.

Ability to prioritize taskings and job requirements to meet deadlines both efficiently and accurately

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to obtain a TS//SCI clearance

Desired:

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and various Adobe applications

Active TS//SCI clearance

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$49,900 - $100,000
