Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for processing electronic and manual lockboxes. The incumbent explains lockbox services to current customers, answers questions and solves problems.

Primary Responsibilities: Prepares and processes manual lockbox payments, tracks daily activity and adds to spreadsheet per customer. Prepares and processes electronic lockbox payments while meeting deadlines. Creates and processes monthly billing for lockbox customers. Answers customers' questions and explains available services. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Minimum Education: High School or GED

Special Skills: Detail-oriented Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent customer service skills Ability to use general office equipment Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software MS Word - Basic Level MS Excel - Intermediate Level MS PowerPoint - Basic Level Some banking experience preferred.
