Job Title: Administrator

Job Description

The role involves providing administrative support in a heavy industrial setting, where you will manage a variety of tasks including reading drawings, handling payroll, and processing invoices.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support in a heavy industrial environment.

Read and interpret drawings.

Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payments.

Handle invoice work accurately and efficiently.

Essential Skills

Proficient in administrative support tasks.

Strong data entry skills.

Excellent customer service abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Competence in basic computer operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in an office and industrial setting.

Knowledge of payroll processing and invoicing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
