The Systems Designer I position is an entry level Designer position, responsible for learning and performing basic low voltage systems design related tasks under the direct guidance of upper level Design/ Engineering staff, as assigned by the Corporate Engineering Director or Vice President. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 2 years of Low Voltage Systems installation experience, and general background and/or interest in learning and applying Low Voltage systems design principles or Education: Associates Degree in Electrical Technology BICSII technician or NICET II certified, combined with demonstrated design aptitude preferred Travel: 5-10% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under direct supervision, assists in the preparation of designs for low voltage electrical system installations. Interacts with Engineering, Design and CAD support staff on a daily basis. Checks CAD-produced drawings against design input for accuracy. Consistently follows Faith Technologies established design standards. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
