Description

Under minimal supervision and possibly without established procedures, provides a wide range of specialized to complex administrative support duties to assist in achieving departmental goals. Contacts are frequent within and outside own organization on significant matters requiring tact, persuasion, and negotiation skills and involve obtaining or providing information on matters of high importance to the organization and sensitive in nature. Performs projects requiring independent research and coordination. Errors are very difficult to detect and normally require significant expenditures to resolve.High school graduate or GED and 3 years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Has extensive knowledge in specialized functions, a wide and comprehensive acquaintance of the work with an understanding of, both general and specific phases of the job and their practical applications to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Advanced and demonstrated experience working with computer software applications, electronic mail systems and applicable department and/or administrative support systems. day to day and skills needed- o Closing out jobs and processes o Joint use backlog o ADMS ticket updates o Creating work packets o Answering phones o Ordering office supplies o Scanning closed jobs into Maximo - The leader is looking for someone who is: o Very tech savvy o Has strong computer skills - must be adaptable and able to learn new programs

o Deer Valley (2121 West Cheryl Drive, Phoenix, Arizona 85021, Building A) o Hybrid role. In office 3-4 days/week. All in office on Tuesdays - Hours will be M-F, 7 am-3:30 pm - 12-month contract with possibility of extension - Must be highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have great time management - Must have Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint experience - 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in construction services, utilities, telecommunications, or a regulated environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
