Job Title: Project AdministratorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to provide essential administrative support for a data center project in Mesa, AZ. This position is based on-site, in a trailer located at the crossroads of Sossaman and Elliot.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, determine the nature and purpose of visits, notify employees of visitors as appropriate, and direct visitors to specific destinations.

Set up new employee equipment based on business needs.

Provide routine administrative support to managers or functions, including preparing expense reports and reconciling credit card statements.

Process and distribute packages, maintain tracking logs, and distribute mail from the Southwest office.

Distribute incoming communications to site teams and respond to routine requests.

Track, order, and stock office supplies.

Coordinate and order meals for team events and virtual training meetings.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and manage competing demands efficiently.

Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to solve problems and achieve team goals.

Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Maintain jobsite conference rooms and break rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Assist with project craft workforce onboarding, including i9 verification and OSHA card copies.

Support the client leadership team with tasks such as ordering supplies, routine maintenance, and event organization.

Manage and track visitor safety equipment and maintain a site contacts list.

Assist with setting up and maintaining GDC/G-Suite accounts.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in construction administration.

Ability to schedule meetings and coordinate projects.

Skill in material procurement and managing safety orientations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma required; a four-year degree in a construction-related field is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pass a 10-panel drug screening.

Possess a reliable vehicle.

Residence in East Valley.

Work Environment

This role requires working onsite in a trailer Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a half-hour lunch break. The location is in Mesa, off Sossaman and Elliot. There is an opportunity for overtime on Saturdays. Benefits include participation in an ESOP company, 401k, PTO, sick time, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
