The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Compensation Operations is part of the Global Compensation, Mobility, and People Support team within the People Division. This role is responsible for supporting the operational execution of compensation programs, with a focus on severance administration, reporting, compliance, and vendor coordination. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of compensation-related activities and supports the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures.

Administer severance packages, including calculations, documentation, and prepares materials needed for communication with impacted team members
Prepare and analyze compensation reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
Ensure all compensation activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal departments such as People, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of compensation operations
Liaise with external vendors to manage compensation-related services and ensure service level agreements are met
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all compensation-related activities
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures
Provide support during audits and reviews of compensation programs
Process, code, and reconcile departmental invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment in accordance with company policies.
Support the development of the departmental budget and annual operating plan, including data collection, and variance analysis.
Enhance and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by identifying gaps, updating documentation, and proposing process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, demonstrating strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex information with accuracy
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
5+ years of experience in compensation, accounting, benefits administration, or financial analysis
Experience developing, revising, or implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Experience supporting or managing compensation programs (e.g., severance)
Prior experience supporting audits or compliance reviews
Experience partnering with cross functional teams and external vendors to support compensation related workstreams
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify gaps in processes and contribute to SOP improvements
Advanced Excel or financial analysis skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, modeling)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
Ability to work cross functionally with HR/People, Finance, Legal, and external vendors
Demonstrated experience with invoice processing, coding, and financial reconciliation
Working knowledge of budget development, forecasting, and financial modeling
Professional certification preferred (e.g., CCP, CPA, CEBS, SHRM CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
