Neapco Holdings, LLC seeks a Business Systems Data and Development Advisor for a position in Farmington Hills, MI to strengthen business IT systems functionality and processes. Define new business systems process opportunities. Contribute towards Agile and operational IT projects of activities defined by team as business solutions for specific needs. Collaborate with functional areas to prioritize business needs and resolve systems challenges. Develop and advance features, applications, or key business systems components driven by continuous improvement activities, collaboration team objectives, and dynamic efforts across the organization. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources to help maintain data systems. Interpret data sets and analyze results based on business requirements. Assist EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) administration, configuration, and analysis with increasing scope and responsibility. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Understand and evaluate the impact of business rule changes, assists in translating business requirements to technical requirements. Capture, analyze, provide feedback, and document business systems requirements. Assist with troubleshooting business system related issues. Use custom reporting tools and utilities to develop ad-hoc reports, Key Performance Indicators, and Executive Dashboard Metrics with a focus on creative, innovative, and standardized deliverables. Tactical Analytics -- document and interface analysis, data and data flow modeling, team and requirements workshops, and metrics or key performance indicators. Use custom screen and interface building methodologies to enhance business systems. Transform data into models for analysis predictive and statistical applications, and deliverable content for actionable strategic and decision making.

Work from home telecommuting permitted within a 4 hour commuting distance from Farmington Hills, MI and ability to appear at the office on short notice.
