Position Overview:
RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to join the team within Product Excellence Office. This role leads Product Owners and Scrum Masters to strengthen an outcome-driven Agile mindset across Infrastructure teams.
As a change agent, you will embed and scale effective Agile practices, upskill teams based on their maturity, and partner with ES Infrastructure leadership, Architecture, UX, and PMO to modernize delivery and drive measurable, sustained impact.
What You Will Do:
Lead Agile adoption across ES Infrastructure, advancing a product-centric operating model and fostering continuous improvement and value-driven delivery.
Develop and mentor Product Owners and Scrum Masters, scaling modern Agile practices and immersive coaching (e.g., Dojo model) across infrastructure domains.
Improve delivery speed, predictability, and quality through clear metrics, roadmap alignment, and proactive removal of impediments.
Partner with Infrastructure leadership, Architecture, UX, and PMO to align strategy, governance, and execution.
Serve as a change agent, shaping team structures, strengthening Agile culture, and driving measurable enterprise impact.
Modernize infrastructure delivery to enhance reliability, agility, and enterprise-wide outcomes at scale.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
10+ years in technology, including 5+ years leading Agile or product operating model transformations and 3+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise IT.
2-3 years engaging and influencing senior leaders.
Advanced Agile certification preferred (e.g., Certified Agile Leader, SAFe Program Consultant, Agile Trainer)
Six Sigma / CORE Executive, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and dynamic environments.

This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee is expected to travel to the site location as needed (30%).

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
