Position Overview:
RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Enterprise Agile Transformation coach, responsible for driving organizational agility across EIS teams. Candidate should be able to teach, facilitate and influence leadership, product management team and other stakeholders as they proceed on their Business Agility journey. This role will enable cultural transformation, improve business agility, and align delivery practices with strategic objectives. They will coach Scrum teams directly, work within established internal processes, and use data and storytelling to demonstrate continuous improvement and business impact.
What You Will Do:
Partner with Enterprise Infrastructure Services senior leadership to define and execute the Enterprise Services Infrastructure Agile transformation roadmap.
Lead organizational change to scale Agile, Lean, DevOps, Product centricity and AI-enabled practices.
Coach leaders, product owners, and teams to improve delivery, collaboration, and value realization.
Guide adoption of Agile frameworks and scaling models tailored to business needs.
Drive continuous improvement using data, KPIs, and modern engineering practices.
Facilitate workshops and serve as a trusted advisor on strategy, predictability, and operating model evolution.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Have 5+ years of experience as Enterprise Agile coach or expert in Product Based Operating Model preferably in Infrastructure team, coaching product owners, teams and leadership using Scrum/Kanban and scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum at Scale, LeSS etc.
Minimum 8 years' experience in Agile and Lean based process improvements in a large organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coaching multiple teams and leading program/portfolio-level transformations for large organization in global environments.
Strong understanding of systems thinking, organizational design, operating models, and change management.
Ability to influence across all levels, including senior leaders and executives.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile metrics to drive transparency, flow, and continuous improvement.
Agile coaching or Scrum certifications (RSM, CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, RST etc.)
Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills with relevant Agile certifications.
Collaborative, adaptable, and empathetic mindset suited for complex organizations.

Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee is expected to travel to the site locations 30%

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
