Administrative Assistant -- 108411

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's daily office operations. This is a part-time position offering 20--30 hours per week with some flexibility; however, availability to work on Mondays is strongly preferred.

Schedule: Part-time (20-30 hours/week)

Pay: $16.00+/Hour (DOE)

Status: This is a temporary position

Responsibilities include:

Scanning and organizing paperwork

Accurate data entry and maintenance of internal records

Managing and updating office workflow system

Greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner

Answering phones as needed

Filing and maintaining internal records and documentation

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working with office systems and data entry

Professional communication and customer service skills

Dependable, team-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently

Professional and appropriate business attire required
