Job Title: Executive Administrative AssistantJob Description

The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role by providing high-level administrative support. This role involves conducting research, managing information requests, and performing various clerical tasks. The assistant acts as an information and communication manager within the office.

Responsibilities

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

This is a Contract position based out of Iselin, NJ 08830.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
