Job Summary:

Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.

What you'll do as an Exceptional Team Member

Provide administrative support to Operations

Conduct background checks

Administration of e-Verify

Managing onboarding process for new hires

Heavy data entry into HRIS of all union and non-union new hires, changes and terminations

Manage customer work order system. Monitor work orders relevant to Harvard

Provide HR support to the Operations Department

Daily timekeeping management and payroll submission

Handling supply orders

Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Document translation from English to Spanish

What you'll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member

2 years of combined administrative and Human Resources experience with emphasis on data entry of employee information and onboarding

Database administration

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Maintain strict confidentiality

Strong organizational skills

Must read, write, and speak Spanish

Must have a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to join our team.
