Job Summary and Qualifications
In coordination with the VP of Marketing & Corporate Affairs, the marketing manager is responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies to meet organizational goals, enhance the image of HCA Healthcare Gulf Coast Division, and support market share growth. Serves as an internal account executive to various internal clients to ensure marketing goals are met and projects are delivered in a timely manner.
As a member of the strategic communications team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for a variety of marketing responsibilities including service line campaigns, project management, budget management, website, and digital campaign management, email marketing programs and other campaigns supporting the division's strategic marketing initiatives.
What you will do in this role:
Implement integrated marketing communications plans aligned with the division and enterprise strategic plan.
Serve as project manager of planned campaigns
Work with outside agencies and internal resources to ensure brand standards are upheld and consistent across the division.
Manages reporting metrics to clearly articulate successes and identify opportunities for change.
Create reports and presentations to share results with key stakeholders.
In collaboration with the division strategic communications team and corporate marketing shared services organization, contributes to the production, publication and maintenance of printed and digital materials for the brand including collateral, email campaigns, newsletters, mobile content, promotional and integrated marketing strategies, webinars, and social media content.
Collaborate with facility directors and service line leadership to ensure website and digital content is up-to-date and aligned with strategic goals
Works with the digital marketing strategy team to develop and implement integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Patient Market Intelligence (PMI) initiatives aligned with the division's marketing plans.
Reviews and manages service line collateral.
Manage marketing budget as it relates to execution across all channels
Help manage all third-party vendor relationships (ad agency, print center, media buying agency) with an eye on building best practices and utilizing third-party capabilities to their fullest extent
Monitor ongoing expenses, process invoices, and track all marketing-related expenses.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies and procedures.
