Corporate Accounting Manager - get involved in process improvement at a growing company. You can make an impact and have opportunity to grow in a growing multi billion dollar organization.

4 days on site and one day remote per week.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day corporate accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP

Manage and mentor a team of experienced accountants, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

Create and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure completeness and accuracy of reported results

Partner with the Controller on financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis of corporate and divisional performance

Oversee the implementation and integration of key financial systems, including lease accounting, fixed asset management, and consolidation software

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and data integrity across multiple ERP platforms

Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and support audit readiness

Coordinate annual external audits and regulatory filings, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors

Participate in cross-functional projects supporting organizational transformation, scalability, and accounting and system modernization

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree or CPA preferred

Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to corporate or multi-entity environments

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls

Experience managing or mentoring accounting teams

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and consolidation systems

Public accounting or audit background is a plus

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

Experience with M& A integration preferred

Positive, proactive, and collaborative leadership style

Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively and independently problem solver

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and reevaluate priorities when necessary
