Summary

Oversees and directs all Warehouse Associate activities. This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring the individual to work alongside warehouse staff as necessary. This role is eligible to wrok an on-site schedule based out of our St. Paul, MN location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise all warehouse persons with the exception of associate assigned to warehouse portables

Manage and direct all project work flow to warehouse persons with great attention to detail including projected timelines

Assist in pulling and prepping all shows

Manage warehouse inventory alongside the Logistics Coordinator

Collaborate with project manager and warehouse persons to finalize, update, and distribute show manifests

Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness

Collaborate with the Warehouse Leads to receive shows

Attend appropriate team meetings

Ensure properties are properly returned to storage after receiving

Manage warehouse equipment service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly

Maintain a safe environment and implement procedures and regulations to insure safety of all employees and take an active role in Sparks Safety Committee

Maintain documented rules and regulations

Education & Experience

5+ years of warehouse experience in the tradeshow and event industry

Ability to implement and maintain standardized operational procedures related to inventory control and warehousing activities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple large scale product launches utilizing strong organizational and communication skills

Forklift Certification

Excellent problem solving skills

Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player

Salary range of $56,300 - $71,000 based on level of experience
