Our client is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team in Orange County, CA.

Assignment Length: February 16, 2026 - May 7, 2026

Location: Orange County, CA

Work Schedule: 9/80 (one day off every other week)

Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and records management support for environmental operations. This role assists with organizing and maintaining files, processing correspondence, supporting records retention requirements, and managing customer form intake. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

Sort, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files, including proper document disposition

Assist with the intake, processing, and tracking of customer forms

Process incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and accurate manner

Support records retention and compliance procedures

Provide general administrative support to environmental staff as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience providing general administrative support

Strong file organization and records management skills

Ability to handle and process correspondence accurately

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel

Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience supporting environmental, regulatory, or technical teams

Familiarity with records retention policies and document management systems
