We are excited to invite applications for the position of Digital Product Manager within our Global Digital Applications Team. Operating within the world's leading Oral Care Company, we are leveraging leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect. This role will support our Digital Marketing and Advertising Technology organization in deploying best in class technology to optimize and expand digital engagement programs leading to better targeting and engagement with our professionals, customers and consumers.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team to help realize our vision. This role will involve planning, business and data analysis, functional and technical design, focused on the implementation of Digital Marketing and Advertising technologies. The ideal candidate is very customer focused and works well both independently and within a team. The candidate needs to be a self-starter, eager to learn and leverage new technologies to build the best digital experience for our customers. They need excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to multitask.
This position is based out of the Piscataway, NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
Assist in solutioning multi-year MarTech roadmap centered on maximizing value from SFMC and Data Cloud (or similar MarTech Stack Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Braze, HubSpot, etc.) , directly translating product and marketing strategies into technical requirements..
Document requirements, user stories, success criteria, and testing plans to ensure traceability and successful delivery
Manage product backlog including prioritization, scoring, tracking, and delivery
Collaborate closely with IT and vendor partners to design, deliver, and integrate new MarTech solutions, ensuring all deployments are scalable and secure.
Drive innovation by assessing emerging trends (like AI within the Salesforce ecosystem) to continuously elevate our marketing capabilities.
Configuration, maintenance, and governance of SFMC and Data Cloud, ensuring seamless data flows, integration health, and absolute data integrity.
Participate in cross-functional sessions, guiding campaign design, and solutioning
Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to delivery technology
Demonstrate a proven ability to successfully deliver and support complex MarTech solutions against multi-year roadmaps in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
8+ years hands on experience with MarTech platforms
Experience acting as a technical lead or subject matter expert on at least one MarTech platform engagement (client projects, internal initiatives, or enterprise-scale deployments).
Experience with data integrations involving Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or migrating between legacy and modern marketing platform
Demonstrated experience creating and managing business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specs, technical specs, content strategy, interactions, SLAs, and test plans.
Exposure to data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, FINRA), and preference center management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Comfortable navigating ambiguity - in business requirements, technology options and project direction
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes across complex tech stacks.
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional and matrixed environment. Certifications:

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
