Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sectors, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant (Level III) - Pennington, NJ to join their dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant (Level III) - Pennington, NJ, you will be an integral part of the Administrative Support Department, providing essential support to senior management and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Level III) - Pennington, NJ

Location: Pennington, NJ

Pay Range: $23.70 per hour on W2

What's the Job?

Manage complex calendars for senior executives, coordinating meetings, travel, and accommodations efficiently.

Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence tailored for executive-level audiences.

Organize and support recurring meetings such as town halls, skip-levels, and All Hands sessions to foster effective communication.

Assist with planning and logistics for in-person meetings and off-site events to ensure seamless execution.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information and communications.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive management, preferably in technology or financial services environments.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
