lead the development of complex, AI-enabled software systems across
multiple platforms. You will set architectural standards, shape AI-first

and product lines Partner with engineering and product leaders to set
and drive the strategic technical direction Guide engineering best
practices across domains, ensuring consistency in design, security,
performance, and reliability Identify and evaluate emerging technologies
for potential integration, including LLMs, autonomous systems, and
next-gen dev tools Act as a technical mentor, shaping the growth of
senior and staff engineers through coaching and architectural leadership
Drive cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable improvements
to engineering velocity and business outcomes While not a day-to-day
coder, able to deep-dive into architecture, codebases, and design
