Job Title: Engineering Lab TechnicianJob Description

Join our dynamic team dedicated to developing test equipment for motor and battery manufacturing. We are seeking a hands-on individual to set up equipment and run tests on proto@type builds, working with a mix of manual and automated test stations.

Responsibilities

Operate test equipment and run parts through test stations.

Modify PLC code, LabVIEW, or C programming to set up for proto@type builds.

Assemble fixtures on equipment and validate their performance.

Utilize mechanical and electrical skills to ensure equipment functionality.

Understand battery systems and electrical components.

Essential Skills

Experience with test equipment and automation.

Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems.

Exposure to PLC code, LabVIEW, or C programming.

Knowledge of battery systems and motors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Associate's Degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical products or technology.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Recent Bachelor's Degree graduates with a passion for hands-on work are encouraged to apply.

Work in a brand new, state-of-the-art test lab as part of a small team. Engage in exciting proto@type work in a collaborative and innovative setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/hr.
