Position Summary

We're currently looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our team REMOTELY.

This role will be responsible for account management of key accounts. These key accounts are focused on medium to long-term planning and face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services, and/or solutions across multiple lines of business of existing clients. This individual will be developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationships. They will be identifying and managing interactions with assigned customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities while resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high-quality customer service. They will maintain client retention, growth plans, and strategies for developing profitable business. Responsible for review and reporting retention, business opportunity, and market trends. May work directly with the account purchaser or indirectly through channel partners.

Responsibilities**

Leads large projects or processes of complex scope, with limited oversight from the manager

Coaches, reviews, and delegates work with lower-level professionals

Assists in the development of operational plans and implements for areas of assigned responsibilities

Identifies continuous improvement/automation activities and makes frequent recommendations based on detailed analyses, applying results to drive improvements

Adapts precedent and may holistically change standard operating procedures to develop new solutions

Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field

Minimum of 8 years of related work experience required
