The Position:

The School Operations Manager position with British Swim School is responsible for the day-to-day operations at their school assignment(s) and ensuring that the entire British Swim School program is delivered with our required high-quality standards, and in a safe and timely manner.

Your Typical Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily operations.

Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.

Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur

Manage social media posts for assigned school(s).

As a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) inspect pool equipment, maintain proper pool chemical levels, and record pool conditions to ensure that the pool conditions are compliant with state and county requirements/laws.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs and/or Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.

Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the "Survival of the Littlest."
