We are looking for a global head of business development to grow adoption of our groundbreaking solutions within game studios and ecosystem partners. This position will transform the industry with NVIDIA's AI technology, GPU infrastructure, networking and cloud/edge services. Your mission is to drive NVIDIA revenue growth with global game developers, publishers and solution providers. Identify gaming-specific solutions based on NVIDIA Enterprise hardware and software stacks, in collaboration with ISVs and gaming product teams. You will work directly with developers at global game developers and ISVs to create reference architectures and solutions to power the game studio operations and customer services with AI and NVIDIA technology. This is a highly visible role, working closely with NVIDIA's cross functional, senior leadership to build and execute the plan for revenue and pipeline growth. The role requires strong leadership skills along with the ability to execute and contribute towards the delivery of sales results. It requires strong domain expertise in video games with executive relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and enjoys the challenges that rapid growth creates. A consistent record of leadership in a high-performing sales/business development organization is required.
What you'll be doing:
Build and implement the growth plan for enterprise products at games developers. Collaborate with top leadership across the company to align and implement the plan.
Collaborate closely with product teams to develop, package and market enterprise reference solutions.
Develop a successful partnership with NVIDIA's gaming organizations outlining mutual performance objectives, targets, and breakthroughs.
Lead and support sales execution in partnership with NVIDIA's regional sales teams, while identifying, nurturing, and prioritizing key studios and ecosystem partners.
Engage, enable and energize channel sales teams to ensure they are knowledgeable in the NVIDIA product portfolio and strategy.
Lead resolution of sales-critical issues, navigate partner and channel conflicts, and mitigate associated business risks.
Drive and track rolling 4-quarters business plan.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience.
15+ overall years of sales or business development experience in the gaming industry with proven ability running a sales organization.
5+ years of team management who can lead and empower a virtual team of sales managers and help recruit the best talent.
Deep understanding of enterprise solutions at game studios including big data, computer graphics, and AI.
Positive relationships with executives at game studios. Demonstrated experience with sell-to and sell-through at gaming ISVs.
Possess a global client contact base, deep domain expertise, and sales and buying practices in the gaming industry.
Shown success in building positive partnerships with large organizations.
Consistent track record of sales execution overachievement.
Experience with leading and closing complex deal negotiations and alliances. Knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tactics.
10+ years of ISV experience related to game studios and establishing joint sales models and metrics.
Able to travel ~50%

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 264,000 USD - 396,750 USD.
