What You'll Do - As a strong tactical decision maker, the Regional Sales Manager executes sales strategies and plans that ensure assigned regional sales team of individual contributors meets or exceeds sales targets, profitability objectives and contribute to revenue goals set by the company. This position collaborates with sales leadership and other field sales teams to identify and evaluate market opportunities, geography sales growth potential. Develops and implements annual sales plans for assigned portfolio and keeps Sales leadership informed of market dynamics, team successes and challenges, and delivered results.

Identify target markets in assigned region and hire, coach and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success, goal attainment and ongoing business growth.

Contribute to metrics that support business strategy, empower and motivate assigned team to achieve sales targets and maximize sales compensation and incentive programs.

Establish and maintain key customer relationships and support team in developing and implementing plans for growing the customer base, managing customer expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to regional sales team, driving sales strategy in the field through field visits, observation and measurement of results.

What You'll Bring - minimum requirements for this role:

Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience leading sales professionals in the medical device, neurovascular or pharmaceutical industries; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

Experience as catheter lab technician, nurse, etc. strongly preferred.

Demonstrated track record of success in vascular sales or clinical background with strong skill leading sales professionals.

Salary Range: $250,000/ annually and eligible for variable compensation
