JOB REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Administrative Assistant
provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the
smooth and efficient functioning of the various departments they

both union and non-union employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and
external partners. Maintain accurate records, files and documentation
(digital and physical). Ensure team member kitchen and shared spaces are
kept clean, organized, and well-maintained. Order office supplies,
manage inventory, and maintain office equipment. Obtain, open, and
distribute mail to appropriate departments and employees. Assist with
data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping as needed. Prepare, edit and
distribute correspondence, reports and presentations. Coordinate office
events and meetings. Complete special projects as requested and perform
other duties as assigned. EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Strong foundational skills in math and English at a high school diploma
or GED level are required; an associate\'s degree in office management
