CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Finance Solution Consultant - AP & VIM position for our client.

Location: Monroe, LA

Duration: 3 months

Duties:

Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Finance with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP HANA FIN AP & VIM solutions to meet client business requirements.

Work directly with clients to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective techno-functional solutions.

Design and configure SAP Finance and VIM processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.

Support end-to-end solution delivery, including strategy, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure integrated, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing deep system knowledge, industry insights, and practical recommendations.

Ensure high-quality project delivery through clear communication, documentation, and adherence to timelines and standards.

Embody strong collaboration and team-building practices, fostering trust, inclusivity, and innovation throughout the engagement.

Skills:

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, with emphasis on Accounts Payable (AP).

Hands-on experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), including configuration and integration.

Solid understanding of SAP Finance business processes and end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows.

Techno-functional expertise integrating SAP packaged solutions within enterprise environments.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical SAP solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience:

5+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience, including multiple AP and VIM implementations.

Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions in a client-facing role.

Demonstrated success working across solution design, development, and implementation phases.

Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams is preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance and/or VIM are a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
