Salary : $25.00 per hour

Shift : 1st shift, 7 am to 3:30 pm OR 7:30 am to 4 pm

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant ? You'll be:

Planning and coordinating factory tours and visitor experiences, ensuring safety compliance and exceptional customer service.

Acting as the primary contact for visitors, overseeing tour operations, and managing related administrative tasks.

Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and maintaining appointment calendars for department managers.

Conducting research, resolving inquiries from internal and external customers, and escalating complex issues as needed.

Gathering, creating, and maintaining confidential data to complete reports, special projects, and department records.

Updating databases and maintaining systems applications to ensure accurate, current information.

Welcoming visitors, providing orientations, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles-manufacturing/visitor services experience a plus.

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Are a people person with high energy, professional etiquette, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer experiences.

Can take initiative, work independently, and adapt to changes quickly and efficiently.

Are available for full-time, onsite work; remote options are not available for this role.
