They provide guidance and support to multiple Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), ensuring operational excellence, exceptional patient care, and successful business growth. The Sr. ROM collaborates with cross-functional leaders, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and plays a pivotal role in achieving divisional goals and objectives. Requirements: Associates Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Minimum of five (5) years' management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience preferred Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical nursing; Minimum of 3 years' experience in renal nursing Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a DaVita IKC Nurse CNN or CDN certification What We'll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
