Description We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Sales Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for commercial sales positions, ensuring the identification and hiring of top-tier talent. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the machinery manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment process for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.

Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and AI platforms to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience.

Maintain and organize candidate pipelines through the Workday applicant tracking system.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Provide support for corporate recruiting needs as priorities shift within the organization.

Participate in initiatives related to employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Adapt to evolving processes and priorities as the company undergoes organizational changes.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive hiring information.

Work closely with a small team to meet recruitment goals in a dynamic environment. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with a focus on sales roles.

Proficiency in sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern tools.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and team members.

Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to adapt to changing processes and organizational structure.

Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives is an advantage.

Professionalism in handling confidential information and maintaining discretion.
