Job Description

A growing company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Taunton, MA.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

-Assist customers through multiple medias on various customer requests and inquiries, following up as needed with updates and resolutions

-Collect relevant information to identify and resolve customer concerns or discrepancies

-Escalate issues as needed to correct departments for further research and assistance

-Process customer orders, collect payments, and provide invormation to customers on product

-Coordinate with multiple departments to provide optimum customer support

-Complete monitoring, auditing, and reporting tasks daily

-Perform and assist in other related tasks as needed

Requirements of Customer Service Representative:

-Previous customer service experience

Experience with database-driven systems and dual monitors

-Good computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office software

-Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

-Superior attention to detail

-good analytical and mathematical skills

-Able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

-Strong verbal and written communication

-Great interpersonal skills

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00/hr
