currently seeking to hire a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to
join our team. We?re looking for a candidate whose passion lies in
delivering exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and
detail-oriented optimization. We are currently seeking a candidate to
join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support in
New Bedford, MA. We proudly fabricate consumer products designed to help
our customers improve their health and enjoy quiet relaxing moments at

customers. Qualified candidates for this position must have: a passion
for customer service excellence, outstanding communication and
organizational skills, as well as the ability to readily build lasting
positive relationships with our customers. Additionally, the incumbent
must be quality focused, an effective team player and be motivated to
achieve a rewarding career within our organization. Responsibilities: ?
Accurately data enter warranty and non-warranty customer data, sales
orders, quotes and returns. ? Address basic technical support questions.
? Receive inbound calls and respond to calls as appropriate with an eye
toward time efficiency. ? Promptly resolve customer service issues while
maintaining a proper balance between established policies and customer
satisfaction. ? Perform administrative duties, reports and special
projects associated with Customer Support ? Must have impeccable
attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills. ?
Exceptional communication skills and professional presence. ? Innovative
problem solver, results minded, flexible and solution focused. ?
Effective team player with the ability to work independently and
maintain willingness to learn new things. ? Strong keyboarding skills. ?
Proficient in MS Office; Excel; MS Word. ? Various tasks as assigned. ?
Ability to deescalate customer conflicts while maintaining a courteous
and assertive persona. ? Strongly Desired: 3 years work experience in
Technical/ Customer Support/Service. We are proud to be an Equal
