Job Description

Currently seeking a Administrative Assistant for a full temporary to possible permanent position in Norton, MA,

Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant include:

-Organize and format documents and inquiries and import into Slate systems

-Enter applications and other data points into computer systems

-Maintain schedules, participation, and registration documents

-Complete application audits and checklist reviews

-Prepare event and decision related materials for department

-Maintain all records in Slate and Banner computer systems

-Greet visitors, answer phones and other front desk related tasks

-Assist in the organization, set-up, and execution of on-site events and programs

-Perform file maintenance and office organization tasks

-Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements of Administrative Assistant:

-Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor s degree preferred

-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office; previous experience with banner, Xtender, and CRM systems desired

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to multi tasks and prioritize

-Great organizational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to work independently while working towards team goals

-Possess high level of confidentiality of sensitive information

Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed

Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00/hr
