Responsibilities
Leadership - Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
Communication - Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
Metrics Mindedness - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
Process Orientation - Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
Teamwork - Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
Parts Sales & Inventory Management - Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
Safety & Compliance - Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
Commercial Account Support - Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
Problem Solving - Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
Qualifications

Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have
Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
