Responsibilities for a Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

Manage complex calendars and independently schedule appointments, conference calls, and departmental meetings.

Compile and prepare content for PowerPoint presentations and attend meetings to facilitate the technical setup and run of presentations.

Compose confidential correspondence and maintain key spreadsheets, contact lists, and various department reports using Microsoft Office.

Coordinate meeting logistics including preparing agendas, securing facilities, taking minutes, and managing expense reports or check requests.

Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High School Diploma required; Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

1 to 2 years of related experience in office management or executive secretarial support with strong customer service and phone skills.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software programs.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strict confidentiality.

What's in this Administrative Assistant position for you?

Pay: $ 19.70/hr

Shift: Mon-Fri, flexible start between 7am and 8am, concluding between 4pm and 5pm.

Pay Details: $19.70 per hour
