Corporate Senior Sales Manager, Managed Hotel Division
Who are we looking for?
Choice Hotels, one of the world's largest hotel companies, has an exciting new opportunity as our Corporate Senior Sales Manager, Managed Hotel Division. As a key leader of our Managed Hotel Team, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales objectives and delivering results by supporting the managed hotel portfolio of 13 properties across the Americas. This role ensures strategic alignment, consistent execution of Choice's Managed Hotel Division sales standards, and activation of key corporate initiatives within the field.
In addition, the Corporate Senior Sales Manager drives performance by supporting property-level sales teams in executing corporate priorities, optimizing revenue opportunities, strengthening local market share, and maintaining strong engagement with Managed Hotel Division sales, revenue management, and brand performance partners. The position blends hands-on property-facing support with corporate-level project leadership to improve sales effectiveness across the portfolio.

Corporate & Property-Level Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between the Corporate DOSM and property-level DOSMs, ensuring alignment on strategy, goals, and performance expectations.
Facilitate regular communication channels: weekly sales calls, performance check-ins, and cross-property collaboration.
Assist properties with the interpretation and execution of brand, corporate, and revenue strategies.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Support
Support the development and rollout of corporate sales and marketing strategies and ensure adoption across the portfolio.
Monitor property-level sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics; surface risks and opportunities to the Corporate DOSM.
Collaborate with revenue management teams to align sales tactics with market demand, pricing strategies, and performance trends.
Analyze group and corporate transient trends, segment performance, and competitive data to recommend tactical adjustments.
Training, Standards, & Best Practices
Assist in onboarding new property DOSMs or Sales Leaders
Provide ongoing training, resources, and coaching on sales processes, systems, CRM usage, prospecting, and brand programs.
Support creation of sales playbooks, SOPs, and best-practice materials.
Projects, Initiatives & Marketing Support
Lead or contribute to corporate-driven sales initiatives, brand campaigns, partnerships, RFP programs, and sales events.
Coordinate cross-property initiatives such as regional sales blitzes, lead-sharing programs, and key account growth.
Reporting & Performance Management
Collaborate with the MHD Revenue Analyst on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards for the Corporate DOSM.
Track KPI progress (RevPAR Index, market penetration, sales activity metrics, group pace, account production).
Support property DOSMs and Sales Leaders in building/actioning sales plans and budgets.
Operational & Administrative Support
Troubleshoot process issues, sales system challenges, and cross-functional communication gaps.
Assist with audit readiness and compliance with brand or ownership requirements.
Provide project management support for corporate programs that impact the sales discipline.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
3-6 years of hotel sales experience at the Sr. Sales Manager or ADOS level; corporate or multi-property experience preferred.
Experience with total account management in corporate transient, group sales, and/or catering sales, to include detailing and servicing.
Familiarity with STR, sales CRMs (SalesPro, Delphi, Amadeus, etc.), and revenue management concepts.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across corporate and property teams.
High proficiency in data analysis and performance storytelling.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to influence without direct authority.
Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $95,000 annually, plus variable, performance-based sales commission.

Your Team
This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing, Managed Hotels. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments and portfolio properties on a regular basis.
Your Work Location
As our Corporate Senior Sales Manager, Managed Hotel Division you will be a remote-based associate, working from your home office. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with periodic travel in-person to our 13 beautiful hotel properties, and state-of-the-art worldwide offices in North Bethesda, MD, Scottsdale, AZ, or St. Louis Park, MN.
