What You'll Do:

Program and Services Management:

Collaborate seamlessly with our exceptional team, ensuring program needs are met, sometimes even filling in for a program lead.

Serve as the knowledgeable go to for program information and referrals.

Administrative Excellence :

Keep our member data and reference systems organized and up to date.

Provide program reporting, correspondence, and statistics with precision.

Ensure the office is well organized and supplied.

Help coordinate family and special events that leave lasting memories.

Handle phone calls, emails and inquiries like the welcoming and friendly pro you are.

Arrange for repairs and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.

Financial Mastery :

Manage income and expenses diligently, with accuracy being your middle name.

Keep the petty cash in perfect balance.

Prepare bank deposits and maintain financial records and order.

Assist with donor files and acknowledgements.

Volunteer Champion:

Inspire, recruit and train volunteers - they're the heart of our organization.

Maintain volunteer records and track their invaluable contributions.
