?? Starting Pay: $21.00/hour

?? Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire

?? Schedule: Open availability required, including 1st shift Wednesday-Friday with alternating Saturdays, as well as weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational functions at the terminal. This role provides front-line customer service, handles administrative tasks, and supports internal teams to ensure efficient terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support general business operations through a variety of administrative duties

Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner

Provide customer service support to internal teams and external customers

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate administrative activities

Maintain accurate client files, records, and databases

Process data entry and maintain customer equipment inventory records

Maintain office supplies, mail distribution, and a clean, organized reception area

Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues

Partner with customers to problem-solve and support continuous improvement of terminal performance

Enforce and uphold all ConGlobal rules, regulations, and policies

Qualifications

Prior administrative or office support experience preferred

Strong typing and data entry skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based data systems

Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Open availability required, including 1st shift Wednesday-Friday with alternating Saturdays , as well as weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require

Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.

The Federal Rail Administration sets and enforces safety regulations and standards for railroad operations. Use of cannabis is strictly prohibited. If applicable for the position you are applying to, and if you are offered the position, you will have to take and pass a drug screen.
