Hiring an Office Administrator in Frankfort, IL

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow throughout the office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls

Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors

Support accounts receivable/payable functions and HR tasks

Process billing

Assist with purchasing, equipment and vehicle rentals, hotel accommodations, and UPS label creation

Maintain an organized filing system, including creation and setup of job folders

Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews

Draft and send professional emails

Perform general office duties as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frankfort, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
