Marketing Project Coordinator

Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a busy, fast-moving Customer Experience / Product Marketing team. This person will assist the Customer Experience Product Marketing Manager by helping track timelines, coordinating with marketing, training, and field partners, and making sure day-to-day tasks stay on track. They'll work closely with an external creative agency as the main daily contact-routing questions, reviewing content at a first pass, and helping keep communication flowing smoothly. Responsibilities include project and task tracking, follow-ups, creative reviews, preparing internal presentations, organizing folders and documentation, taking meeting notes, and supporting go-to-market work. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, structured, and moving forward without taking on full project management ownership.

Skills and Requirements

Previous project coordinator experience supporting marketing/advertising projects

Experience tracking tasks/work in Monday.com or Confluence

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to maintain clear folder structures and keep project documentation up to date
