Our client, a leading organization in the learning and development industry, is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist - III (Senior) to join their team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist - III (Senior), you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting communication strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist - III (Senior)

Location: North Wales, PA

Pay Range: $44.65

Shift:

What's the Job?

Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for learning programs and initiatives

Create and distribute engaging content such as emails, newsletters, articles, and presentations to inform and motivate stakeholders

Design standards and templates for program communications to ensure consistency and clarity

Coordinate with Learning Consultants and Partners to support communication efforts

Measure communication effectiveness through metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

What's Needed?

Excellent writing skills for various communication channels

Ability to analyze and understand diverse audiences and tailor messages accordingly

Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience
