Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist plays a key support role in driving the success of Sherwin-Willliams' Applicator product portfolio, partnering closely with and supporting the Product Manager to help grow and strengthen brands including Purdy, Valspar, Sherwin-Williams, and Bestt- Liebco .

In this role, the Marketing Specialist will assist with the development and execution of innovation, new product development initiatives, and go-to market execution for strategic customers such as Paint Stores Group (PSG), Lowe's, and Menards. The role provides the opportunity to support the entire product lifecycle, from gathering and analyzing customer insights, evaluating opportunities, concept development, product launch execution, and post-launch evaluation, all while working a highly collaborative cross-functional environment.

The Marketing Specialist will act as a key team contributor, supporting planning, coordination, and communication across teams including R&D, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Brand and Customer Marketing, and Sales teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while helping ensure projects stay on track. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Product Marketing while supporting meaningful innovation.

This position will be required to work from the Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH
